I’m realizing that communication is almost always a miscommunication. As party A, nothing that you try to convey to party B is perceived in the exact same way you intended.

The only narrative you control is your own.

It’s been hard to put my best self out into the world and hear no response/rejection after rejection. but at the end of the day I have to remind myself that I alone control how I view myself. YEAAAAA
